Mark I. Dunaevsky is the founder and managing member of Foreign Service Law Office. He has over twenty years experience in:
- international law
- litigation
- arbitration
- alternative dispute resolution
He is an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School, in Chicago, Illinois, where he has taught the subjects of:
- international business law
- multi-national corporations
- international dispute resolution
- treaty drafting and interpretation
- other areas of international law
Mark Dunaevsky is an arbitrator with:
- the Chicago International Dispute Resolution Association
- the National Futures Association
- the International Chamber of Commerce/USCIB
- and he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, England
He is a Continuing Legal Education instructor in the field of international civil procedure.
